The staff will go out of their way to assist you with anything at all that you need. Not only were they very honest and genuine but they went above and beyond in every way to make me feel welcome and prepared with local knowledge.

The only draw back are the stiff beds, otherwise it's a great deal for the price.

Location was fantastic! Near night market and pub street and center of town. Easy for our guide to pick up, wait, or drop off. Liked tea, coffee, and water in room. Stayed at annex across from main hotel and it was great. Friendly staff.

This was in an excellent location. We were able to walk to the river, the market, pub Street and all of the restaurants.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. I talked to the desk several times, and they said they would reset it, but it never really worked for me the whole time I stayed there. I could get on early in the morning, but other than that, not at all.

I longer stay almost 1 week and extend stay 1 more because the hotel staff is so friendly, excellent location.

Stay here regularly. All good. Staff are great and the buffet breakfast is nice. WiFi this time was very good. Good location, near everything but far enough away from Pub St so there's very very little, if any, late night noise.
